तमेव विदित्वा अतिमृत्युमेति।
नान्यः पंथा अयनाय विद्यते-श्वेताश्वर उपनिषद्
अर्थात्-उस आत्मा परमात्मा को जान कर व्यक्ति मृत्यु को जीत लेता है। मुक्ति प्राप्ति का इससे भिन्न और कोई उपाय नहीं है।
