Our prayer-filled best wishes to all of you on the eve of Gayatri Jayanti and Ganga Dussehra, which are the sacred parvas of the descent of Adya Shakti Vedmata Gayatri and Bhagwati Ganga respectively.

It will be 26 years on Gayatri Jayanti (which is falling on June 14 this year), when Poojya Gurudev willingly merged himself into the Supreme Consciousness of Mother Gayatri. It is considered that Mother Gayatri is very compassionate (Mateshwari daya vrat dhari). Our Gurudev too had the heart of a mother. Even from his subtle-causal realm he has been helping us in the hour of need. He used to say that half of his power of tapa is for the benefit of parijans and the remaining half is for the rest of the world.

Indeed, this era has been benefited in many ways by the blessings of Poojya Gurudev. His most significant contribution to the humanity is that he made Mother Gayatri, which used to be only the deity of seers, saints, devtas and incarnate souls, the deity of the masses. We are clearly witnessing the awakening of divinity in human beings and other desirable transformation in the subtle world due to the collective Mahapurashcharan of Gayatri Mahamantra.

On this auspicious occasion, let us pledge together to rise above the selfish interests and work unitedly to manifest his vision of the New Era. In order to become the fit channels for receiving Gurudev’s subtle guidance and blessings, we will have to constantly upgrade our spiritual status. For this purpose, intensive Gayatri Upasana - Sadhana has to be undertaken. Gayatri Sadhana is the only most potent means of invoking divine energies for the refinement, upliftment and wellbeing of individuals as well as the society.  

Monsoon is just round the corner; let’s all collectively pray to Mother Nature to bestow the best of rains to our villages and towns and the country at large.
