I shall show you God right before your eyes.
" The young man waited impatiently.
In the evening the saint took him to a hutment and stood in front of a poor old man's hut.
They went inside the hut.
There on a tattered bed lay a frail sick child whose mother has passed away.
He had been diagnosed with T.B.
Saint Namdev gave him medicine, attended to him and caressed him.
When leaving, the saint promised the boy that he will visit him again the next day.
"We have spent the entire evening", said the young man, "where is the God you promised me to show?
" And the saint replied, "Oh! Didn't you see Him?
That poor sick child was God himself!"
Now, the young man understood that serving the humanity is the real worship of God.
