In Experimental Groups: An improvement in the Clinical and Haemetological parameters indicative of general physical and internal health was observed with high probabilities. Among the Pulmonary Functions, Vital Capacity, FEV1 and MVV showed significant increase after the sadhana. Most significant positive effects of sadhana were found in the Electrophysiological /Neurological and Psychometric functions.
The Control Groups showed insignificant and inconsistent effects in general and even recorded negative changes in some parameters. There were only one or two cases, where the changes in specific parameter for specific age-groups of males/females were comparable with the average effect in the corresponding experimental groups. But, here too the best results were found in the experimental groups only.
